Was developed with a cajun influence and features a line of premium boudin and smoked sausage. Our cajun boudin is made from long grain rice and pork for a flavorful meal or side dish. Our sausage is made from premium ingredients and slowly smoked to perfection. One bite and you will say “C’est si bon!”
